1. How would you explain what you do for work in 3 sentences or less to your 7 year old niece?

I help companies and brands tell their stories and communicate with their customers, the media and the public. I work with newspaper, magazine and television reporters to help these companies get the word out.

2. What is your favorite website, blog or online community?

Buzzfeed, The Huffington Post and Thought Catalog.

3. What is the last book you read?

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green.

4. What is your favorite drink?

Any type of Harpoon beer, however, UFO Raspberry holds a special place in my heart.

6. If you could be a superhero, what superpowers would you want to have?

That’s easy – teleportation. Could you imagine how much faster commuting would be?

Dave Matthews Band, O.A.R., Bruce Springsteen, John Mayer and Mumford & Sons

8. What are your favorite smells?

Salt water, burning firewood, fresh crisp air, pumpkin spice and bacon

9. Do you have any nicknames?

Brig, B, BSweenz, Ginger

10. Do you have any hidden talents or interesting hobbies?

I played piano for seven years and performed nearly every Sunday in a nursing home. The crowd really went wild for my rendition of Billy Joel’s “Piano Man.”
