Twitter Shows That Everyone is Tweeting from the Web

First noticed by Robin Wauters over at TechCrunch, Twitter appears to have a bug where every tweet is being listed as “from web“. Apparently Twitter was aware of the glitch over the weekend but didn’t want to bother any of their engineers. So no matter what you use to post on Twitter (TweetDeck, Twirl, etc.) it’s going to be listed as coming from the Web.
Of course, this leads to the question of how many regular Twitter users actually use the Web? Considering that 10 percent of Twitter users account for 90 percent of Twitter’s activity I’m going to guess that almost all of these people are using applications that are not as slow as the Web site and have additional features making the entire Twitter experience easier and more enjoyable.
